We are looking for a skilled Help desk analyst to oversee and maintain our call center's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and support for daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Ensure fast response and resolution for system failures, minimizing downtime.
  • Monitor and maintain call center systems, including VoIP, CRM platforms, and workstations.
  • Manage IT helpdesk tickets, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently.

Infrastructure & Network Management

  • Oversee the network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity and security.
  • Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, and switches to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for server maintenance and upgrades.
  • Monitor cybersecurity threats and enforce data protection policies.

System Administration & IT Projects

  • Manage software installations, updates, and licensing compliance.
  • Ensure proper backup and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Support the integration of new technologies to improve call center efficiency.
  • Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems, networking (LAN/WAN), and VoIP systems.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Availability for on-site support and flexible work hours.
  • Conversational English
  • Live in CDMX o EdoMex
